Your role:

We are now looking for a manager for our Development, Automation and Digitization section at Rönnskär. The section's mission is to deliver services and knowledge in process development, automation and digitization - with the aim of contributing to the ambitious and sustainable goals of the business. The assignment includes working continuously with these issues and being active in Rönnskär's project process - where we contribute with expertise and solutions that drive development forward. As Head of Section, you have overall responsibility for personnel and work environment within the section. You work actively to create conditions for innovation, learning and development. You will also be responsible for the section's budget and ensure that the activities achieve their objectives through structured planning, follow-up and close cooperation with other functions. An important part of your assignment is to drive long-term improvement work - both in the work environment and safety, but also in the development of our working methods and processes.

Your team:

You will lead a team of thirteen senior engineers working with development, automation and digitization. As a section manager, you will also work closely with colleagues in the development department, production and support functions within the organization. You will report to the Head of Development.


Your contribution:

  • University or college degree in relevant field.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • B driving license.

Previous experience in the basic or process industry is meritorious.
