As our Maximo Administrator is moving on to new challenges within the company, we are now looking for his successor. Do you have a talent for system issues, an understanding of maintenance in industry and an ability to build good relationships?Then we want to know more about you!

Your role

As Maximo Administrator, you are a key person in ensuring that the master data in the Maximo maintenance system is complete and up to date.You are also the convenor of the superuser group in Garpenberg and are advisory in system development and thus contribute to improved operational reliability. You will support all Maximo users in Garpenberg, with a particular focus on cooperation with the maintenance sections and the purchasing and supply department.

The position is a permanent position with access as soon as possible. Travel may be required and work will be carried out during office hours.

Your team

This role is part of the operational safety team within the maintenance section of the mine. The team consists of three planners, three preparers, two technicians and one maintenance engineer and is led by the operational safety manager. The operational safety team ensures that the maintenance process is followed and develops working methods where necessary. As Maximo administrator, you support the entire site in Garpenberg with system-related issues and in this way you help to make visible and maintain the red thread in the systems in the maintenance process.

Your tasks

  • Ensure that the asset register is up to date.
  • Coordinate system information, updates and tests.
  • Provide administrative support in the system to staff from across the business.
  • Participate in various projects, be responsible for user training.
  • In the event of major system-related problems, be responsible for contact with the system supplier.
  • Convene the superuser group in Garpenberg.

Your contribution

  • High school education in the relevant field
  • Some years of experience with maintenance and storage systems, preferably Maximo.
  • You are structured and analytical with a good ability to convey knowledge in a clear and educational way.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • B driving license.

More desirable is:

  • Education in maintenance engineering, systems science, systems engineering, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of the maintenance process.
