Your role:
As a planner, you are responsible for preparing and planning mechanical maintenance operations. You will ensure that technical documents such as drawings, instructions and manuals, as well as spare parts, special equipment and materials are available for maintenance assignments. The work often involves site visits, either independently or together with internal or external mechanics, in order to achieve high quality and efficiency during shutdowns and maintenance activities.
The area of responsibility includes various types of maintenance assignments, including: welding of steel structures, repair and replacement of components in transportation systems, work with material processing equipment, and maintenance of furnaces, gas cleaning equipment and filter plants.
You are in regular contact with the purchasing department and external suppliers in connection with orders. Together with the unit manager, the execution team and the client, you draw up timetables for when the assignments are to be carried out.
You are involved in or drive the development of methods linked to the planning, preparation and execution of maintenance work. Both for emergency and planned maintenance.
System-wise, you will mainly work in the Maximo maintenance system, you will come into contact with several other systems.

As a planner with us, you are part of a committed and close-knit team. The position involves working closely with two other planners and the Head of Unit. You will have regular contact with mechanics both within your own organization and external companies.
