Your role

We are now looking for two miners at the Kristineberg mine who want to be part of a larger context and work with mining ore and waste rock - what an opportunity for you! The mining is done mechanically and we work with a so-called salvo cycle from drilling to loading, blasting, scrapping, loading and rock reinforcement with concrete spraying and bolting. We are moving towards a technology-driven world and working with modernization and new technology in the mine, are you interested and want to be part of the exciting journey with us? Are you responsible and self-driven with the ability to handle freedom without compromising safety, quality and results? Then this is the job for you!

The work takes place in shifts every other week (odd weeks) and varied mornings and afternoons, so-called 7-7.

Your tasks

  • Mine ore and waste rock
  • Be involved in the entire salvo cycle, from drilling to loading, blasting, scrapping, loading and rock reinforcement with concrete spraying and bolting
  • Close cooperation between shift teams and other departments such as electricians, mine builders, mechanics and other internal and external colleagues


Your contribution

  • High school diploma and education or experience in rock work
  • Machine skills
  • Communicate well in Swedish and English
  • Computer skills
  • Driving license for passenger car
  • It is meritorious if you have experience of having worked as a miner or machine operator
