Your role:

The Renströms mine is facing an exciting development phase. We are now looking for miners for both local mining, clogging mining and large-scale mining. Both positions are permanent. As a miner in Renström, you will be part of a dedicated shift team working underground with a modern fleet of machines. Together we mine ore and waste rock and are responsible for the entire salvo cycle, from drilling and blasting to scrapping, concrete spraying and bolting in our rock rooms. On the large-scale operation, you work with long-hole drilling, long-hole loading, remote loading, joint bolt setting and raiseboring are central work steps.

Your team:

You will be part of a shift team and work in close collaboration with colleagues in production, rock transport, mine construction, electricity and mechanics, both internally and externally. Together we put safety first and contribute to a sustainable and safe working environment. We work according to a 7-7 shift, Tuesday to Monday with alternating morning and afternoon shifts.

Your tasks:

  • Perform tasks related to the underground salvo cycle
  • Contribute to the development of safe and efficient working methods together with colleagues
  • Ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with current quality requirements, procedures and safety regulations

Your contribution:

  • High school education
  • Mining worker training or experience in mining
  • Some years of experience in large-scale mining
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • B-driving license
  • A high safety awareness and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • A curious and development-oriented approach
