Description of the position

We are looking for you who want to be part of a larger context and work with mining ore and gray rock. The work is done with the help of underground mining machines and we distribute the various stages of the salvo cycle between us. We work in rock rooms where we drill, load, blast, scrap, perform concrete spraying, bolting and loading. We do all this in close cooperation between shift teams, but also with rock transportation, mine builders, electricians, mechanics and other internal and external colleagues in Kankberg. Together, we put safety and sustainability as the highest priority, which contributes to a good working environment and good working methods.

We work in shifts every other week, so-called 7-7 both morning and afternoon.

Qualifications

You are committed, work well on your own and in dialog with others and share our values of care, courage and responsibility. You have/can:

• High school diploma and education or experience in rock work
• Communicate well in Swedish and English
• Driving license for passenger car

It is an advantage if you have experience with machinery.

About the Boliden area
