  • Work cross-functionally with many points of contact

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Aitik. The start date is negotiable. A six-month probationary period applies.

Your Contribution

We are looking for someone with a relevant college or university degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience. You have several years of leadership experience and experience driving improvement initiatives in production-related technical areas within mining operations close to the production floor.

You are a natural leader who engages those around you and has the ability to drive a team forward through a coaching and developmental leadership style. You work in a structured manner, are goal-oriented, and lead both operations and employees toward established goals. You are open, communicative, and down-to-earth, with excellent collaboration skills.

You are self-motivated and proactive, taking responsibility for change initiatives, identifying opportunities for development, and putting them into practice together with others. You enjoy taking on new challenges and are driven by improving work processes and production. Personal qualities are highly valued.
