We are now looking for an operations operator, crusher and belt for the Kristineberg mine. The service suits you who thrive on practical work, rounding and ensuring that production works properly, even when the work is recurring and requires perseverance, focus and drive. You will primarily work in our new Rävliden plant, which is an important part of our future production.

Rävliden, one of our most future-oriented investments. Here we are building a modern, electrified underground mine with a focus on sustainability, efficiency and improved working environment.


Your role

As an operations operator, you are responsible for ensuring that our crushing and belt plant works safely and efficiently. This involves daily operation, patrolling, simple troubleshooting and acting quickly when something needs to be fixed. You enjoy taking your own initiative and appreciate independent work. The work is carried out underground and takes place in shifts, one week on, one week off.


Your team

You are part of a small operations team with experience in mechanics, maintenance and production. We support each other, but the role involves a lot of responsibility and independent work.


Your tasks

  • Daily operation, supervision and rounding of the crushing and belt plant
  • Monitoring of the feeding system and reporting of deviations
  • Simple troubleshooting and actions in the event of operational disturbances
  • Practical work with cleaning, cleaning and handling of equipment
  • Logging and reporting in maintenance systems


Your contribution

You like to work practically and have no problem with tasks that are recurring or routine, you know that a stable operation is the basis for safe and efficient production. You're confident working independently in underground operations, able to make decisions when the situation demands it and make sure things get done. At the same time, you collaborate well when needed and communicate clearly. Above all, you have a high safety mindset and take responsibility for both your own and your colleagues' work environment.


We are looking for you who have

  • High school education in industry, technology, vehicles or the equivalent
  • Experience from operations work, mining, process industry or other heavy industry
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions and act quickly when needed
  • Good safety awareness and accuracy in daily work
  • Control system and machine experience and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing and basic understanding of English
  • B-driving license


Meritande if you have

  • Experience with crushing, conveyor or feeding systems
  • Knowledge of Maximo or similar maintenance systems
  • Experience in underground logistics or operating environment
  • Hydraulics knowledge or welding experience
