Your role
In the role of Automation Training Manager, you are responsible for planning, implementing and further developing training linked to our autonomous production system. You will be a key person in ensuring that operators, technicians and other professionals have the right skills to work safely and efficiently in a fully integrated autonomous workflow.
Your focus is on practical and theoretical training in how the autonomous system works, how operators should interact with it, and how work processes change as the technology evolves. The training takes place both in classrooms, through digital tools and out in the business through "in-seat training".
Your team
You will be part of our training team where we together are responsible for developing the competence of the entire organization - both in autonomous and manual operation. The position is a permanent position located in Aitik, with working hours based on office hours.
