Job duties

As a salary administrator, you are responsible for ensuring the current salary payment. In addition to the daily work within the department, you collaborate closely with managers and employees, and are there as a support function when it comes to payroll processing.

We at the payroll office in Boliden are responsible for the handling of salaries for all our employees in Sweden, from Gällivare in the north to Landskrona in the south. Travel to our places of business may occur.

Experience and qualifications

We look forward to working with you who is positive, flexible and service-oriented. You are used to working independently and see collaboration as a matter of course. As a person, you are curious and creative and like things to happen. At the same time, you have good structure, planning and implementation skills.

You have/can:

  • High school education, preferably supplemented with further education in payroll administration, payroll consultant, payroll economist, economics or other relevant specialization. It is advantageous if you have worked in payroll administration.
  • System interest
  • Communicate well both orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
  • B driver's license.
