We are looking for a Payroll Manager at Boliden!

Do you want to lead a dedicated team and help shape the future of the payroll function in one of Sweden's most exciting industrial groups? As Payroll Manager at Boliden, you will drive the development of modern ways of working, create structure and build a work environment where people thrive and grow.

Your role - where strategy meets everyday life

You will lead a knowledgeable team of about ten payroll specialists and ensure efficient, legally secure and modern payroll processes. With your present and inspiring leadership, you create trust, commitment and good relationships. The role involves both operational and strategic responsibility - from developing routines and working methods to following up on the daily payroll work.

Together with other functions within Boliden, you drive the digital development of the payroll area and work continuously to improve flows, systems and processes. Here you get a central role in a business that is moving forward and where your ideas and initiatives really make a difference.

You will have a close collaboration within the department, other functions within HR and finance and report to the Head of Department HR direct Sweden. The location is Boliden but you may also lead employees at other Swedish sites.

Your tasks:

• Promote a safe and secure work environment where you lead, support and develop your employees.
• Ensure that our payroll processes are efficient, legally secure and digitally adapted to support the business.
• Be a strategic and operational driver for Boliden's payroll management through improvement work.
• Manage issues linked to collective agreements.
• Responsible for reporting, statistics and follow-up in the payroll area.
• Be involved in developing our system support to meet future needs.

Your profile - we are looking for a leader who wants to move forward

We assume that you have experience and understanding of the complexity of payroll work and have good knowledge of labor law, collective agreements and payroll systems. You are a leader with commitment, presence, care and who creates security and motivation in the team. Furthermore, you are structured, methodical and good at prioritizing, while building strong relationships and collaborating unpretentiously across borders. Your curiosity drives you to understand the big picture, ask smart questions and find smarter ways of working, and you are able to see the big picture without getting bogged down in details. If you also have experience of improvement work, this is an advantage.
