Your role

We are looking for another specialist to join our Payroll Team in Boliden. The role is part of our national payroll function and you will be involved in developing our payroll processes and contribute with expertise in complex issues.

Your team

You will be part of a committed and supportive team that produces payroll for all our employees in Sweden - from Gällivare in the north to Landskrona in the south. We work closely with managers and colleagues and value collaboration, flexibility and community.

Your tasks

• Manage double salary payments monthly and ensure that these are done correctly and on time
• Provide support and advice to employees and managers on salary-related issues
• Participate in the development and streamlining of payroll processes and systems
• Contribute with specialist expertise in matters relating to collective agreements and labor law
• Travel to our locations may occur

Your contribution

Your accuracy and structured approach allow you to handle complex tasks with ease, while your analytical skills help you identify problems and contribute to solutions. You are adaptable, comfortable with digital tools and work independently while actively contributing to an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

It is qualifying with:

• Experience in managing salaries for both collective workers and salaried employees
• Experience working with different time reporting and salary management systems
• Understanding of Swedish labor laws and collective agreements
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and has good English
• High school education and B driving license are a basic requirement at Boliden

It is meritorious with:

• Education in payroll administration/finance
• Experience in handling a large amount of payroll for several workplaces
