Your role - where quality meets development
As a Payroll Specialist at Boliden, you will be a key person in our payroll team. You will work both operationally and developmentally with the entire payroll process, everything from payroll run to analysis and improvement work.
Here you will handle complex payroll issues with high quality and accuracy while helping to drive the work forward by developing working methods, processes and systems.

Your team and context
You will be part of a dedicated team consisting of nine payroll specialists and report to the Payroll Manager. Together you are responsible for payroll deliveries to all of Boliden's operations in Sweden.
We work closely with the business and have a culture characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing and a strong team spirit. The role is located in Boliden.
Your tasks
As a Payroll Specialist, you work broadly within the payroll area with a focus on quality, service and improvement.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have experience in qualified payroll work and who feel confident in handling complex issues independently. You have a good understanding of labor law and collective agreements and work in a structured way with high accuracy.
You are service-oriented, solution-oriented and thrive in a role where you get to collaborate and build trust in the organization. At the same time, you have a strong personal drive and take responsibility for your deliveries.
