Your role

As a Physiotherapist in Boliden's occupational health department, you will play an important role in strengthening work capacity, preventing strain injuries and contributing to a safe and sustainable work environment in our business. You will work closely with managers and employees in the Skellefteå area and support our mines and smelters through workplace visits, ergonomic assessments, rehabilitation initiatives and training. The role combines clinical expertise with a clear preventive and operational focus.

Your team

You will be part of Boliden's occupational health in the Skellefteå area, a multidisciplinary team including occupational nurses, doctors, rehabilitation coordinators and administrative support. In everyday life, you work closely with HR, managers, work environment developers and other rehabilitation actors, as well as external healthcare providers when needed. You are based at our head office in Boliden.

Your tasks

  • Response to and plan incoming orders
  • Conduct workplace visits in the business, including ergonomic risk assessments
  • Provide training and lectures in ergonomics
  • Conduct functional assessments and design individual training and and rehabilitation programs
  • Participate in and contribute with advice at rehabilitation meetings
  • Conduct medical checks linked to hand-intensive work
  • Work in a structured way with documentation and administrative parts linked to the assignment

Your contribution

We are looking for you who are/have:

  • Licensed physiotherapist / physiotherapist
  • Several years of work experience in the profession as a physiotherapist or ergonomist
  • Training to carry out medical checks regarding hand-intensive work
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • B-driving license

It is meritorious with further training in occupational health / ergonomics and experience of working towards industrial and / or mining activities.
