Your role:

As a Fixed Plant Planner at the Kristineberg mine, you are responsible for preparing and planning maintenance work. You work with both short-term and long-term plans and are a key person in ensuring high operational reliability and efficiency in the business. The work takes place during the day, Monday to Friday 7-16. Underground work may occur.

Your team:

You will work closely with two supervisors and their teams in Fixed Plant - Construction/Media and Crushing/Feeding. You also collaborate with short-term planners in production and planners for electricity. Support and interaction takes place with supervisors, technicians, plant owners, suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks:

  • Prepare and Plan, work orders in our maintenance system Maximo
  • Evaluate and prioritize work orders in close collaboration with supervisors and plant owners
  • Create work instructions, risk analyses and ensure access to materials and resources
  • Follow up and analyze costs within maintenance accounts
  • Contribute to improved operational safety through analysis and improvement work
  • Participate in planning maintenance stops and investments for increased functional and maintenance safety
  • Assist in the implementation of new working methods and routines
  • Active participation in the systematic work environment and environmental work
  • If necessary, deputize as a supervisor.

Your contribution:

We are looking for you who have:

  • Technical knowledge and experience from heavy industry, preferably with maintenance work
  • Good computer skills and preferably experience of working in maintenance systems (Maximo, SAP or similar)
  • Ability to work in a structured way, prioritize and see the big picture
  • Good communication skills and easy to collaborate with different stakeholders
  • Curiosity and interest in improvement work
  • Basic understanding of maintenance processes and plant knowledge is meritorious
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • B driving license
  • Experience of underground work is an advantage
