We are now looking for a Planner Cars and Trucks for the Vehicle Workshop in Aitik Boliden

Your role:

As a Planner, you strategically plan and prepare maintenance actions for our cars and trucks in the Vehicle Workshop. You follow up, evaluate and analyze data to increase the reliability and availability of cars and trucks. You will be a coordinating role, where you have contact with both internal and external parties to make the maintenance work run smoothly in conjunction with other activities.

You will also:

  • Manage and follow up spare parts, components and maintenance costs.
  • Coordinate dismantling and assembly of cars, insurance, inspections, etc.
  • Manage purchasing and invoicing.
  • Administer in our internal maintenance system Maximo.
  • Be involved in development and improvement work.
  • Act as a representative for mobile machines in the work of the local chemical group and, if necessary, act as a deputy supervisor.
  • In preparation, there are demanding working positions and handling of heavy material.

Other tasks may occur.

Your team:

As a planner, you will be an important part of a close-knit team consisting of nine mechanics and a supervisor. Collaboration within the team is key to ensuring the smooth running of the workshop.

Your contribution:

  • High school education preferably specializing in vehicles or technology.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance.
  • Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
  • Computer skills.
  • Driving license for passenger car.

Knowledge of Maximo and experience in chemical handling, preparation or planning is an advantage.
