Your role:
As a plant operator, the tasks consist of mixing reagents, rounding the plant and supporting the operators. Therefore, you will be trained as an operator and later be able to go as it independently if necessary. The role includes working in the control system 800XA with process control.
We are looking for a committed and technically savvy colleague who has an understanding of the needs of the enrichment plant. To succeed in the role, it is important to be flexible in both working methods and treatment. You need to be able to work independently, as solitary work occurs, but also have good collaboration skills as the team collaborates with the whole of Garpenberg. A solution-oriented approach, orderliness and a drive for continuous improvement are natural parts of your way of working.
The working hours are based on shift work 7/7 daytime, that is, work during 7 days daytime, free 7 days. The position is a temporary position until September 2026.
Your team:
You will be part of a team of five people where decision-making is done jointly, in consultation with the manager and technician depending on the scope of the issue. Information for the team will come from the supervisor, but you will also need to seek out some independently. You will report to the Production Supervisor.
