Join us and drive change for future generations.

Do you want to work in a company with a strong safety culture and good values? Then a Preparer with us in Aitik is a position for you!

Your role:

As a Preparer, you will be one of the key people in the work to increase the reliability and availability of our production facilities. One of the main tasks will be to produce preparation documents for mechanical maintenance and repairs of crushing plants and belt conveyors. Another main task is to maintain the right amount of spare parts in stock and in case of maintenance stops, ensure that the correct spare parts and components are available. Furthermore, the service includes, among other things, finding suitable technical solutions, making financial calculations, coordinating contacts with contractors, suppliers and other departments within Aitik.

You will participate in the development of methods and working methods in the work area and participate in rotor cause analyses in the event of malfunctions and analyses on process equipment in order to conduct systematic improvement work together with the operations, maintenance and operations organization.

The work takes place in close cooperation with colleagues in the section. The work is scheduled for daytime and standby may occur.

Your contribution:

We see that you have an upper secondary education with a mechanical or technical focus. Meritorious if you have a few years of technical post-secondary education or equivalent. To succeed in the role, a few years of experience of working with maintenance and improvement work in the process industry is required, as well as experience from working in maintenance systems. We also see that you have experience and interest in mechanical details.

As a person, you are expected to be driven, positive and committed. You should be able to take responsibility and plan your work and take your own initiative to succeed in the role. Furthermore, you should be structured and have good analytical skills, and be strongly committed to various maintenance-related issues. The position requires a very good ability to collaborate unpretentiously within all levels and functions both within and outside Aitik.

It is a requirement that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and that you have a B-driving license.
