Aitik is now seeking a Temporary Planner for the Concentrator—are you the one we’re looking for?

Your role:

In the role of Temporary Planning Coordinator, you will prepare work orders with materials for daily maintenance and for major planned maintenance shutdowns. Your responsibilities will include updating, linking, and creating new spare parts configurations in our Maximo maintenance system; performing incoming inspections of materials on-site; and drafting and updating work instructions for recurring maintenance tasks. The job includes participating in our maintenance shutdowns, where you will have some responsibility for contractors’ work, materials, and safety inspections.

You will work in a dedicated team where collaboration and accountability are core values.

This is a temporary position through the end of May 2027.

Working hours are during the day with flexible scheduling; some on-call duty may be required.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare work orders
• Set up spare parts in Maximo
• Check materials
• Develop maintenance work instructions
• Participate in maintenance shutdowns
• Responsibility for materials and safety inspections during maintenance shutdowns
• Some responsibility for contractor work

The following qualifications are required:

• High school diploma with a focus on technology or industry
• Broad technical knowledge of process and mechanical maintenance
• Communication skills in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Class B driver’s license (manual transmission)

Knowledge of Maximo and experience in this field are a plus.
