We are now looking for process operators for CMA (Custom made anode) Anode quality

Rönnskär in Skelleftehamn is one of the world's most efficient copper smelters. The facility receives deliveries of copper and lead concentrate from our own mines, as well as from external suppliers. Thanks to investments and further development of cold technology, the smelter is today a world leader in the recycling of electronics. Copper, gold and silver are mainly extracted from these materials. Rönnskär is our largest production unit and one of the largest private employers in the region.

Job duties

The process operator plans, controls and monitors processes and equipment within his work area so that the best possible production results are achieved with regard to quantity, quality and environment.

The duties include contacts within own and other departments, production reporting, carrying out rounds and scheduled checks, initiating and in some cases carrying out maintenance efforts as well as reporting deviations and plant deficiencies. The work is sometimes physically demanding. Great importance is placed on protection and safety work where cleaning to maintain good order and order is part of the daily work.

In several departments, the tasks include forklift and/or traverse driving.

The work is carried out in shifts of different sizes and specific tasks occur in the various operating departments.


You should be a committed person who is responsible, meticulous and self-motivated. You must have good planning skills, feel responsible for your tasks, be quality conscious and have good cooperation skills. In addition to the right theoretical background, good physics, a practical attitude and the ability to effectively prioritize among different tasks are required. We place great importance on personal characteristics.

To be eligible for the position, you need:

- High school diploma

- Expresses yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, as it is required in daily work.

- B driver's license
