As a production manager at Lastning och Bergtransport, you are responsible for the coordination and implementation of activities required to ensure that production is given the best conditions to produce safely, efficiently and standardized.
Your focus is to optimize production and prepare for optimal flow. You are the one who realizes the daily management in the field.
An important part of the work is to collaborate and communicate with other parts of the production organization, in matters that affect production.
Some of your daily tasks will be to ensure that loading can be carried out according to plan, activate and prioritize machines according to guidelines, promote good quality and execution at loading and tipping points and report deviations.
As a production manager, you are directly subordinate to the operations manager, production management. The working hours are set to continuous K3, with morning, afternoon and night.
You should have high school qualifications and experience from working in a mine. Knowledge of mining production and experience in planning production flows is advantageous.
We are looking for you who are good at seeing the big picture and as a person you are also expected to be solution-focused, enterprising and flexible. The position requires that you can make decisions and that you have a high level of cooperation with employees in your own organization and with other functions within and outside the mining department. You can express yourself well both orally and in writing in both Swedish and English and have basic computer skills. B driving license is a requirement.
