Your role

As a Production Site Supervisor in Renström, you will be a key person in our business. You will lead and distribute the daily work with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency. The role means that you are responsible for actively running and developing the business with quality in focus. You work closely with your team and other functions to create a sustainable and well-functioning production.

Your team

You will be part of the production section in Renströmsgruvan and your work group consists of 10 employees who work as miners, mine construction personnel and fine cleaners. In your role, you will work closely with the section manager, large-scale supervisors, production technicians and mining engineers. You work in the same shift as your group, with alternating morning and afternoon shifts every other week (even weeks), so-called 7-7, which creates good conditions for presence in the daily work and close leadership. Together, we create the conditions for safe and efficient operations, with a culture characterized by cooperation, commitment and respect.


Your tasks

  • Leads and distributes the daily work within the production site incl. gable media
  • Plans and coordinates the work to achieve short and long-term goals.
  • Works proactively with the work environment through risk analyzes and safety rounds.
  • Conducts appraisals and supports employees' skills development.
  • Drive improvement work and develop standardized working methods.
  • Responsible for personnel issues and creating conditions for the team.


Your contribution:

  • High school education
  • Experience in rock work
  • Leadership experience
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Good computer skills
  • B-driving license


It is meritorious if you have previous experience as a manager and knowledge and experience in unloading, rock reinforcement and planning. We would like to see that you have experience in driving safety and improvement work, for example in Lean production.
