Your role:
We are now looking for a temporary production technician to support operations at the concentrator as regular staff contribute to projects that extend to autumn 2026.
As a production technician at the concentrator, you play a central role in optimizing and developing the processes for ore beneficiation and paste production. Your work is done in close collaboration with several internal and external actors to ensure efficient, safe and sustainable production. This includes working with the plant operators to understand the daily flow and identify areas for improvement, and with the maintenance staff to ensure operational safety and minimize downtime.
As a production technician, you will also interact with the Safety & Health department to ensure that production meets legal requirements and internal guidelines. To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you are solution-oriented, structured and analytical and have good communication skills.
The position is a temporary position starting as soon as possible, by agreement and will last until the fall of 2026.

You will be part of the Production section at the enrichment plant, which consists of another operating technician, a paste engineer and two production supervisors. The working hours are office hours Mon-Fri. You will report to the section manager.
