Your Role

As a project coordinator at Rönnskär, you’ll have a broad and varied role with a central function within our project operations. You’ll work closely with both internal and external project managers and help ensure that projects are carried out in a structured, efficient, and high-quality manner. The role involves frequent interaction with various stakeholders and a high degree of personal responsibility. You’ll play a key role in creating structure, coordinating project work, and contributing to the development of processes, procedures, and system support, while also supporting the organization in its day-to-day operations.

Your Team

You will be part of Rönnskär’s engineering department, which consists of two sections within development and design. In this role, you will work closely with both internal and external project managers. You’ll also be in contact with technical specialists, clients, contractors, and other partners. Together, you’ll work to create favorable conditions for project implementation and to continuously develop the department’s work methods, procedures, and system support.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for coordination and structure within project operations.
• Ensure high-quality and efficient information management
• Coordinate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders
• Manage and develop project tools and system support
• Develop processes, procedures, and common working methods
• Drive and develop monitoring, reporting, and project management.

Your Qualifications

• A university or college degree in, for example, engineering or economics, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Class B driver’s license

Several years of experience working according to established project models and project methodology, as well as training in, for example, PPS or equivalent, is a plus.
