As a project manager with us at Boliden in Garpenberg, you are the driving force responsible for taking projects from start to finish. Your role:

We see our next project manager leading projects mainly in the areas of mechanical and piping or electrical and automation. You will independently run all types of projects and assignments in these areas towards the clients. As a project manager, you work according to Boliden's project model and are responsible for ensuring that the project follows the plan in terms of results, budget and schedule. Check that Swedish laws, regulations and Boliden's technical instructions are followed. Ensure that documentation (CE, spare parts, plant register, PID, etc.) is updated in connection with changes made. Coordination of contractors and that implementation takes place in accordance with the environmental and work environment requirements.

Your team:

You will be part of the section projects above ground. The team consists of five driven, committed and experienced project managers led by the Project Manager, to whom you and your colleagues will report.

Your tasks:

  • Drive investment projects according to Boliden's project model.
  • Analyze needs, conditions and requirements and continuously steer projects towards agreed goals.
  • Coordination between all actors involved, both internally and externally.

Your contribution:

  • High school education in relevant field
  • Experience in project management in industry or construction
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • B-driving license

Merit is:

  • High school or civil engineering education
  • Certified project manager
  • Bas-U and Bas-P certification
  • Experience in project management in the mining industry
  • Experience in pump, pipe construction, mechanical, electrical and automation
  • Experience in construction law
