Your role:

As a project manager, you are well-structured, driven and outgoing with good communication skills to take projects from start to finish. With us, you will work with different types of investment projects and in the future the mine will have a strong focus on infrastructure projects. This includes projects such as the expansion and construction of ventilation, water and pumping systems and backfill systems as well as technical projects at our fixed facilities. Site preparation, excavation and rock work will be an important part of the role.

We are looking for you who are a calm and goal-oriented project manager with very good communication skills. You find it easy to establish trust and build relationships, both internally and externally.

The advertisement applies to two positions, one of which is a permanent position and a project position of two years, both positions are full-time with office working hours above ground. Underground work and travel occur in the service. Please indicate in your cover letter which of the roles you are interested in.

Your team:

You will be part of the mining project section. The group consists of driven and committed people where we are six experienced project managers and two construction managers.

Your tasks:

• Drive investment projects in the mine according to Boliden's project model
• Analyze needs, conditions and requirements and continuously steer projects towards agreed goals
• Coordination between all actors involved, both internally and externally

Your contribution:

• Project management training
• Experience in project management in industry
• Experience in rock work or mining
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• B-driving license

Additional:

• High school or civil engineering degree
• Certified project manager
• Bas-U and Bas-P certification
• Experience in infrastructure and construction
• Experience in EIA
