Your role:

As a project manager, you are well-structured, driven and outgoing with good communication skills to take projects from start to finish. With us, you will work with different types of investment projects and in the future the mine will have a strong focus on infrastructure projects. These include projects such as the expansion and construction of ventilation, water and pumping systems, backfill systems, preparation, excavation and rock work, as well as technical projects at our fixed facilities. We are looking for a calm and goal-oriented project manager with excellent communication skills. You find it easy to create trust and build relationships, both internally and externally.

The position is a permanent full-time position with office working hours above ground. The position includes underground work and travel.

Your team:

You will be part of the mining project section. The group consists of driven and committed people where we are five experienced project managers, a construction manager and a business developer.

Your tasks:

• Drive investment projects in the mine according to Boliden's project model
• Analyze needs, conditions and requirements and continuously steer projects towards agreed goals
• Coordination between all actors involved, both internally and externally

Your contribution:

• Project management training
• High school education in relevant field
• Experience in project management in industry or construction
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• B-driving license

Meritande is:

• High school or civil engineering degree
• Certified project manager
• Bas-U and Bas-P certification
• Experience in project management in the mining industry
• Experience in construction law
