Section Manager for the Accounting Department is sought for Boliden.

Your role:

We are looking for a driven and independent Section Manager for the Accounting Department with good collaboration skills and goal-oriented attitude. You are proactive, take your own initiatives and are flexible and open to change.

Your duties:

• General accounting.
• Responsible for central reconciliations of the general ledger.
• Support, investigate and respond to accounting queries from our internal customers.
• Ensure that we comply with accounting principles and rules.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes.
• Participate in financial statements and provide support to other finance departments within Boliden.
• Train and inform employees about changes in accounting principles.
• Personnel responsibility, budget responsibility and cost responsibility for a department with 5 employees.

Your contribution:

• Relevant education in finance.
• Some years of experience in financial work.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Ability to work independently and run own projects.
• Curiosity and interest in development and improvement work.
• Experience from Dynamics 365 is meritorious.
• Experience from personnel responsibility is meritorious.
