Your role:
As Section Manager for the Electrical and Automation Department in the Boliden Area, you will play a central role in running and developing our business. The department is responsible for electrical and automation in the Boliden area, which includes three mines and one concentrator. You will have overall responsibility for leading, planning and developing the organization, working methods and your employees. In this role, you have a strategic responsibility for developing safe electrical installations with a focus on both personal and operational safety. At the same time, together with your team, you drive the development of smart solutions and efficient working methods in automation and systems technology - all to strengthen our technical capabilities and future-proof the business.

You will be an important part of shaping and leading this transition where health and safety is always at the center. Your team:
You will be responsible for and will lead a team of 18 direct reports, including supervisors, system/automation engineers and planners/preparers. The Electrical & Automation section is organized centrally on the Boliden site and you will report to the Head of Maintenance. In the role, you will also work closely with colleagues within Boliden and you will be part of the Electrical Committee which consists of representatives from all Boliden sites. In the role, you are located in Boliden with frequent travel within the Boliden area.
