Section manager Strategy and Planning
Boliden Rönnskär in Skelleftehamn is one of the world's most efficient smelters that extracts metals from raw materials from mines and various types of recycled materials. Above all, copper, gold, silver, lead and zinc clinker are produced. Rönnskär currently has approximately 900 employees.
As section manager for Strategy and Planning, you are responsible for a group of engineers who support the smelter's operations in terms of raw material supply and production planning. Your most important tasks are to coordinate and drive these issues, which long-term support Rönnskär's strategy and goals. The work takes place in collaboration with Boliden Commercial AB and Rönnskär's production interface.
We are looking for a section manager with a modern and future-oriented approach. We attach great importance to your personal qualities and want you to be well-structured, driven and outgoing with good communication skills. You must be trustworthy, service-minded and easy to collaborate with.
You are used to working in a complex business with a high pulse and see a challenge in continuous improvement. You therefore have an important task to contribute with your experience with tools and ideas to streamline Rönnskär's continued development.
To be eligible for the position, you need:
Experience with metallurgical processes, production planning and profitability calculations is advantageous.
