Your role

As a senior electrical designer at Rönnskär, you will work in an exciting and technical environment, where you will work closely with the business and take great personal responsibility. In the role, you work closely with other designers, engineers and technicians with assignments linked to both ongoing maintenance and investment projects. You work with electrical design in both maintenance and investment assignments and actively participate in projects, where in some cases you have a coordinating responsibility for the electrical discipline. The role involves contributing with technical expertise throughout the process - from early investigations and requirements to finished design documentation. To succeed in the role, you thrive on technical challenges, work in a structured way and find it easy to collaborate with different functions in the organization.

Your team

You belong to the construction section, which is part of Rönnskär's project department. The section consists of specialists in construction, mechanics, media and electricity. Together, we are responsible for meeting the needs of the business for design resources and for managing drawing documentation. We are a close-knit team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing and a supportive approach.

Your tasks

• Carry out electrical design work in maintenance and investments
• Participate in projects as a designer or discipline manager
• Develop technical requirements and standards
• Provide technical expert support in procurement
• Quality assurance of external design deliveries
• Develop working methods, tools and drawing management

Your contribution

We are looking for you who are an experienced and committed electrical designer who thrives in a role with great responsibility and complex technical issues. You are structured, thorough and have good analytical skills. You take on challenges in a solution-oriented way and you have the ability to independently drive the work forward. You communicate clearly and can explain technical reasoning so that both specialists and other parts of the organization understand. With a collaborative and service-oriented approach, you build good relationships and create smooth cooperation with both internal clients and external suppliers.

We are looking for you who have:

• University or college education with relevant focus, or equivalent skills
• Experience in electrical design, preferably from the process or manufacturing industry
• Leadership experience in project planning
• Be fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing
• Good IT skills
• B-driving license

It is an advantage if you have experience in electrical power and working in database environments (preferably in SiteBase).
