Your role:
In the role of Shift Manager for Loading, you represent the employer in the form of leading and developing the business and your employees. You work actively to develop the organization and working methods by encouraging cooperation, participation and knowledge sharing. As Shift Manager, you conduct active work environment management.
You have personnel responsibility for one of our shift teams working in the Loading group, which you actively lead in the daily work out in production. It also includes planning of staffing, goal discussions, skills development and rehabilitation. You report and perform administrative tasks in our support systems.
Your team:
You are directly subordinate to the Operations Manager for Loading, Erika Öman, together with 4 other Shift Managers. As Shift Manager for Loading, you will work in close cooperation with the Shift Manager for Transportation and the Production Manager for the same shift team. The working hours are based on shifts with morning, afternoon and daytime.

We are looking for you who have:
- High school education or equivalent competence
- Previous management experience with personnel responsibility
- Communication skills in Swedish and English
- Driving license for passenger car
It is meritorious if you have previously worked in the mining industry or similar industry, e.g. with machines.
