Your role:

In the role of Shift Manager for Transport, you represent the employer in terms of leading and developing the business and your employees. You work actively to develop the organization and working methods by encouraging cooperation, participation and knowledge sharing. As Shift Manager, you conduct active work environment management.

You have personnel responsibility for one of our shift teams working in the Transport group, which you actively lead in the daily work out in production. This includes planning staffing, goal discussions, skills development and rehabilitation. You report and perform administrative tasks in our support systems.

Your team:

As Shift Manager for Transport, you will work in close collaboration with the Shift Manager for Loading and the Production Manager during the same shift. In the shift team there are a total of 56 employees, where you have personnel responsibility for about half the shift team. The working hours are divided into shifts with morning, afternoon and daytime.

To succeed in the role, you are solution-oriented, self-driven and have good communication skills. For you, active and present leadership is a matter of course, and you have the ability to enthuse and motivate employees towards set goals. You are confident in making difficult decisions and stand firm even when the pace is fast and the situation requires quick assessments. You share our values of care, courage and responsibility.

We are looking for you who have:

• High school education or equivalent competence
• Experience in a senior position preferably with personnel responsibility
• Experience in the mining industry or similar industry, e.g. with machines.
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
• Driving license for passenger car
