Supervisor, Maurliden

Do you want to help build, manage and develop production at our Maurliden plant? Do you want to take responsibility for the daily work, create structure and build a strong team in a business that is under construction? Then the position of Supervisor in Maurliden is for you!


Your role

As a Supervisor, you will have a central role in leading, planning and following up the daily work within the production in Maurliden. The role involves personnel responsibility with a focus on safety, structure and efficient operation, while the business is under construction and development. You work closely with production and want to be a present leader who creates clarity, commitment and a good working environment.

An important part of the role is to contribute to the commissioning of new plant parts and to develop working methods, routines and organization over time. You ensure follow-up of production, quality and deviations and report regularly to the immediate manager. You work daytime Monday to Friday.


Your team

You lead a production team consisting of both daytime and shift workers. You work closely with functions such as maintenance, projects, logistics and external contractors. The role involves working closely with the line manager and other key roles in the business.


Your tasks

  • Lead and distribute daily work according to production and resource plans
  • Responsible for work environment, health and safety
  • Follow up production, quality, deviations and improvement measures
  • Contribute to the commissioning and development of new plant parts
  • Ensure staffing, introduction and competence development
  • Collaborate with internal functions and external parties
  • Drive and participate in improvement and change work

We are looking for you who have

  • High school education
  • Experience from industrial production, mining, process or other related activities
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • B-driving license


Meriterande

  • Experience in supervisory or other leading role
  • Experience in planning, follow-up and improvement work

Maurliden is located in Norsjö municipality and has a long history in Boliden's mining operations. Mining and enrichment took place here until 2018.
