For a century, our work has been part of the value chains that have shaped modern society. At Boliden, we know that the metals we mine and make available will continue to play a crucial role in the future—what matters is how we produce them. Join us and drive change for future generations.

Would you like to lead an important production area for Boliden at the Garpenberg Mine? As a Crushing Supervisor (Skivpall), you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operations related to crushing and ore flows. Together with your team, you’ll ensure safe and efficient operations while contributing to the development of work methods and processes.

Your Role

As a supervisor, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations in crushing and logistics. You will lead employees, plan the work, and ensure that production proceeds according to plan with a focus on safety, quality, and availability.

The role involves close collaboration with production, maintenance, and technical functions. You monitor operational results, address deviations, and work on improvements that strengthen operations over time.

This is a permanent, daytime position.

Your team

You will be part of the Skivpall section and lead the group of crusher operators. Together, you will work to ensure a stable ore flow and a safe work environment. The role involves frequent interaction with various parts of the operation, where planning, coordination, and communication are a natural part of everyday work.

  • Planning resources and activities to meet operational needs
  • Ensuring that work is conducted in accordance with applicable safety requirements
  • Monitor operations, production, and deviations
  • Coordinate efforts with production, maintenance, and engineering
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives and the development of procedures
  • Support and develop employees in their daily work

Your Contribution

We believe you’ll thrive in a role where you can combine structure, collaboration, and responsibility in an organization with a strong focus on safety and production. You have the ability to bring clarity to daily work and communicate in a way that builds trust and engagement. Through close collaboration with various professional groups, you contribute to well-functioning workflows and positive relationships within the organization. You take responsibility for decisions, follow up on results, and adopt a solution-oriented approach when circumstances change. At the same time, you are a hands-on leader who supports, develops, and creates the conditions for the team to succeed together.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience in management or coordination roles within industry, production, or logistics
  • Strong administrative and digital skills, as well as experience working in operational or business systems
  • Very strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Class B driver’s license

It is a plus if you have:

  • Experience with improvement and development initiatives
  • Leadership training or other formal leadership experience
