Would you like to help shape the future of maintenance in an organization where safety, technology, and collaboration are central? As a supervisor in Electrical/Automation Maintenance in Garpenberg, you’ll play a key role in leading and developing a dedicated team. You’ll contribute to safe and stable operations while driving improvements and developing work methods. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to influence technology, people, and work methods.
Your Role
As a supervisor in Electrical/Automation Maintenance, you’ll be responsible for leading, planning, and developing work within the electrical engineering aspect of the maintenance operations. You’ll work closely with your team on a daily basis and ensure that work is carried out in a safe, efficient, and structured manner.
The role combines hands-on operational involvement with a long-term perspective, where you’ll contribute to the development of work processes, structure, and preventive maintenance. You have significant responsibility for electrical safety and the work environment, and you collaborate with operations, projects, and external partners.
Your Team
You will lead a close-knit team of 11 people with expertise in electrical systems, automation, design, and electrical instrumentation. The team possesses strong professional expertise and a high level of commitment.
