Your role:
As a Supervisor for the Mine Construction and Ramp Maintenance department at the Kankberg mine, you will play a key role in leading and organizing the work, where you are responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner. The role includes overall planning, staff planning, coordinating maintenance and prioritizing health, environment and safety at all times. Your team:
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for a dedicated team of seven employees who work either as mine builders or ramp attendants. Your coworkers work underground where 6 coworkers work shifts and 1 coworker works daytime. In the role, you are located above ground but are expected to be partly underground. You will work together to achieve common goals and create a safe and positive work environment where everyone feels included and motivated. In the role of Mine Construction and Ramp Maintenance Supervisor, you will report to the Production Manager and be part of a team with four Production Supervisors, a Quality Developer and a Rock Mechanics Technician. You work daytime and are located in Kankberg.

Today, the area consists of the Kankberg, Renström and Kristineberg underground mines. There is also a concentrator and a leaching plant for gold and tellurium production. The number of employees in the Boliden area is currently around 650. In Kankberg we are about 120 people.
