Your role

As a leader for Boliden, you are involved in developing our business and strengthening our safety culture. As a supervisor for our warehouse operations, you will have operational responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. You lead in change with a value-driven leadership based on our values of care, courage and responsibility, therefore we would like you to have experience of having worked with continuous improvements and been a driving force in development issues.

It is a role that has many contact surfaces, above all internally but also externally where cooperation forums play an important role. The scope of work spans the Council's activities both above and below ground.

The position is a permanent position, located both above and below ground, with access by agreement. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday. Travel to other sites may occur. A probationary period may apply.

Your team

You will report directly to the Head of Section for Stores and Purchasing and lead a team of approximately eleven people.

Your tasks

  • Lead and distribute the daily operations of the storeroom
  • Lead the storeroom's improvement work
  • Follow up the storeroom's key figures
  • Active and driving in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Lead the department's optimization work together with the department's staff

Your contribution

  • High school education
  • Experience in a leading role - for example as a supervisor, manager or in another role with responsibility for staff and teams
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • B-driving license

Additional is

  • Experience and knowledge of the maintenance system Maximo
