Your role

In the role of Supervisor at the property management, you lead a competent team that works with property and operation-related maintenance, environmental station, truck driving, cleaning and third-party inspections. You are responsible for planning, prioritizing and following up on daily work while driving development with a multi-year perspective. The role involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external contractors as well as follow-up of service agreements. You are an important part of creating structure, quality and sustainability in the business.


Your team

You lead a group of 6 employees with different professional skills such as technicians, industrial workers, machine operators, HVAC technicians and inspection technicians. The team is experienced, committed and independent and you have an important role in supporting, coaching and developing the group forward. You will also work closely with supervisors and functions within the mine and works and be part of the maintenance management group where you contribute with development and improvement work.


Your tasks

  • Lead, distribute and follow up the daily work
  • Plan and prepare assignments and ensure documentation in maintenance systems
  • Follow up service agreements and contractor deliveries
  • Prioritize work orders and handle emergency situations when needed
  • Conduct employee interviews and be responsible for staff development
  • Ensure that inspection requirements, procedures and safety standards are followed
  • Collect quotes and make financial considerations linked to maintenance needs
  • Drive structure, development work and long-term planning within the unit
  • Collaborate with other sections and supervisors in the business

We are looking for you who have:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience of work management in technical service, property management, industry or similar
  • Experience of working with contractors and service agreements
  • Good ability to plan, prioritize and create structure
  • Experience of maintenance systems, preferably Maximo
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • B-driving license
  • It is meritorious if you have a technical background (eg. construction, electricity, plumbing), experience of third-party inspections and experience from industrial or municipal operations/property maintenance.
