Your role
Being a supervisor at Maintenance mobile machines means, among other things, leading the daily work, conducting pulse meetings, providing support in planning work and following up on set goals. You will also work with efficiency and improvement projects within the department.
As a supervisor, recruitment, development and rehabilitation are essential parts. Special focus is to create the best conditions for the health, environment and safety of employees. Your responsibility is to manage, optimize and develop operations and staff. Administrative tasks in finance, personnel and management systems occur.
The job as a supervisor contains many joys, challenges, and unexpected situations - a varied and fun job. Working hours are daytime.
Your team
The work team consists of just over 10 employees - both collective and salaried employees. Working hours vary depending on the position and the team works both daytime and shift work.
Your contribution
We are looking for you who are committed, flexible and have good communication skills. Through a coaching approach, you contribute to a climate where the team develops. At the same time, you have the ability to lift your gaze, set structure and drive improvement work. Furthermore, you have a solution-oriented attitude and easy to build relationships.
Requirements:
- High school education; preferably technical focus
- Practical experience in the mining industry
- Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Good administrative skills and computer skills.
- B-driving license
We would like you to have a supervisory experience. It is an advantage if you have worked with invoice management and in our maintenance system Maximo.
