Your role

We are now looking for a supervisor responsible for planning for our department - Drilling and Excavation. As a supervisor, you will play a key role in a management work that our machinery - one of Europe's most unique - works as flawlessly as possible.

Your role includes leading, running, optimizing and developing both operations and staff. With the goal of optimizing the availability of excavators and drills, you work with improvement work of both staff and working methods. The role also includes coordination responsibility for the more extensive planned maintenance efforts for these machines, so-called "Major stops".

As a supervisor, recruitment, development and rehabilitation are essential parts. Special focus is to create the best conditions for the development of employees in their roles, health, environment and safety. Administrative tasks in finance, personnel and management systems occur. Working hours are daytime.

Your team

You will lead a team of 13 people with expertise in Drilling and Excavation - planners, technicians, preparers and inspectors. You will work closely with other departments as well as suppliers and contractors.

We are looking for you with good communication skills and easy to build good relationships. You are a present leader who creates a safe and inclusive working environment and has an interest in driving the development of both operations and employees. You are structured, flexible and have a coaching approach.

Requirements:

  • Approved upper secondary education.
  • Several years of practical experience in maintenance work.
  • Several years of management experience in heavy industry
  • Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
  • Good administrative skills and computer skills.
  • At least B-driving license

Experience in maintenance and repair of excavators and drills and knowledge of Maximo is an advantage.
