Your role:
We are now looking for a driven and structured system coordinator who is educational and has an ability to lead others. Do you have a talent for systems issues and an ability to build good relationships? Then we want to know more about you! In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring that the master data in the Maximo maintenance system is complete and up-to-date. You will interact with superusers, be consultative in system development and contribute to improved operational reliability. The position is a permanent position with start as soon as possible. Travel may occur and work is scheduled during office hours.
Your team:
In this role, you will be part of a small and dedicated team that values collaboration. You will support all Maximo users in Aitik, with a particular focus on collaboration with the purchasing and supply department as well as the various maintenance sections. Together we create an inclusive work environment where all employees feel welcome and appreciated.
Your tasks:
- Ensure that the asset register is up to date.
- Document business requirements for purchasing, storage and maintenance.
- Coordinate system information, updates and testing.
- Provide administrative support in the system to staff from across the business.
- Participate in various projects, be responsible for user training and building visualizations in Power BI.
- Develop and implement solutions to recurring problems in the system.
- Ensure that all administrative processes are followed and continuously improved.
- Establish a larger network of Maximo superusers.
Your contribution:
- Relevant education, preferably in systems science, systems engineering, maintenance engineering or equivalent.
- Some years of experience with maintenance and storage systems, preferably Maximo.
- You are structured and analytical with a good ability to convey knowledge in a clear and educational way.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Driving license for passenger car.
