Your Role
As a team leader in the Concentration division, you’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and creating the right conditions for a team of mechanics working in Crushing & Infrastructure as well as the Concentration Plant. You’ll provide hands-on leadership on a daily basis and be responsible for operations, the work environment, and employees, with a focus on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Together with your team, you are responsible for creating the conditions for safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance of the operation’s facilities. As a team leader, you are part of the section manager’s leadership team and work closely with other team leaders to drive development and continuous improvement within the operation. The work is performed during daytime hours with flexible scheduling, and on-call duty may be required.
Your team
You will be part of the Enrichment Organization in Aitik and work alongside dedicated colleagues and fellow leaders. The role involves personnel responsibility for a team of mechanics and close collaboration with both the operations and maintenance organizations to ensure safe and stable production.

· Promote collaboration and effective communication with internal and external partners.
Your Contribution
To succeed in this role, we expect you to:
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Broad mechanical or technical background
- Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Class B driver’s license.
- Strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of or experience with Kross & Infrakt and beneficiation plants
- Experience with ABB systems
- Experience with the Maximo maintenance system
