Your role:

As an electrical technician at the Boliden Processing Plant, you will contribute to safe and reliable maintenance. The role combines technical work, coordination and project management - especially before major shutdowns and when replacing older equipment. This is a new role, which means that you will have the opportunity to be involved in shaping working methods, structure and development going forward. The work takes place daytime.

Your team:

You work in close collaboration with six electricians and other functions within operations and maintenance. Together you plan, prepare and implement activities that create stable operations and a safe working environment. You will be a supportive resource in a team where collaboration and clear communication are key.

Your tasks:

• Planning and preparation for major maintenance stops, including scheduling, resource planning and material flows.
• Project management of electrical equipment replacements
• Coordination of contractor efforts and service booking.
• Supporting electricians in preparing and prioritizing tasks and technical reconciliations.
• In the long term: be part of the on-call team

Your contribution:

You thrive in a varied everyday life where planning meets practical implementation. You are collaborative, solution-focused and have a knack for creating order when a lot is happening at once.

• High school education with electrical focus or equivalent
• B-driving license
• Experience from industrial environment and maintenance systems such as Maximo or 800xA is meritorious.
• Experience in planning, preparation or project management is advantageous.
