Your role:

We are now looking for a Unit Manager for the Refinery at Rönnskär - a leadership role where you make a difference every day! You step into an organization in change where your mission will be to create structure, lead change work and build a safe and effective team. You will be involved in shaping working methods, routines and culture - work that lays the foundation for future production. In the role, you combine operational leadership with strategic responsibility for developing the team and ensuring both a good safety culture and efficient and stable production. You currently manage around 20 day and shift process operators, a team that will grow in line with production. Here you will have the opportunity to inspire, create commitment and together with your team contribute to a work environment where people thrive and develop.

Your tasks

• Follow up and ensure that we meet safety requirements, production and quality goals.
• Lead, distribute and follow up the daily work within the team.
• Initiate and lead improvement work for increased efficiency and development.
• Responsible for resource planning, staffing and scheduling.
• Drives long-term strategic activities to develop the business.
• Has overall responsibility for personnel issues and budget within the unit.

You have a natural ability to engage and inspire your team through present and inclusive leadership. You are driven by creating effective working methods that contribute to a work environment where both development and safety go hand in hand.

We see that you who apply have:

• High school diploma that is preferably supplemented with post-secondary studies from college or university.
• Experience from the process industry.
• Leadership experience.
• Communication skills in Swedish and English.
• B-driving license

It is meritorious if you have experience of change management and knowledge of Lean production.
