Your role:
As a unit manager in the Media production department at Rönnskär, you will have an exciting assignment to lead the leaching, stabilization and water treatment operations. You have overall responsibility for several important parts of the production - from our leaching plant, where you together with the team develop working methods and drive the business forward, to stabilization of materials that are prepared for deep storage. Your role will also include responsibility for our water treatment facilities, where we handle process water and other industrial water. By combining technical knowledge with a present leadership, you will have the opportunity to influence both working methods and results in a business with great importance for our production and environment.

We would like you to have previous experience of supervisory roles and / or management training. It is also advantageous if you have knowledge and previous experience of LEAN and work with the Maximo maintenance system.
