Do you want to be part of our dynamic team at the Operations Center? Our operations in Garpenberg are constantly evolving and we are now looking for a Weekly Planner with experience from similar industry who can contribute with their expertise in planning and structure. We need a driven and committed person who can strengthen our team and ensure that our production continues to run smoothly.
Your role:
You will play a central role in the planning and scheduling of production activities within the mine, with a rolling three-week planning cycle. Your responsibilities will include creating, updating and maintaining weekly schedules, as well as coordinating projects and external stakeholders that impact production.
You will actively participate in morning meetings and lead certain segments to ensure everyone is informed of the production status for the upcoming day. Your focus on following up on production-related KPIs and contributing to improvement teams is crucial to running an efficient and safe operation. In addition, you will act as a key resource to support shift operating engineers in the event of any emergencies.

You will be part of a close-knit team consisting of five operating engineers, two weekly planners and a supervisor. The position is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime according to a 7-7 schedule (06:00-16:09). During the training period you will work Monday-Friday daytime. A probationary period may be applied.
