
Coop is in an exciting development phase and we are now looking for an assistant store manager for our fine store in Kiruna Centrum.
Customers in our stores should not only be greeted by good products at good prices, we also want them to experience food inspiration, interesting events, surprises and, not least, receive a personalized treatment from all our staff every day. Real success is based on loving our jobs and showing genuine care and joy for our customers!
As an assistant store manager, you take responsibility for all parts of the store together with the store manager and, above all, coach the sales staff in their daily work. Does this sound like an interesting challenge? If so, please indicate in your application why this role suits you.
Your duties as assistant store manager also mean that you, together with the store manager:
The position also includes all the regular tasks for salespeople that occur in the store such as sales, product picking, exposure and cashier work.
The service is permanent for 35 hours / week. We are open when our customers want to shop, so working hours can vary - day, evening and weekend.
Who are you? It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, service and sales. You are cheerful and positive and enjoy working in a team and have the ability to inspire and communicate. You get things done, enjoy working at a fast pace and can handle stressful environments. You probably see yourself in the future as a store manager for your own store and you show commitment to get there.
