Coop Norrbotten is one of Norrbotten’s largest employers, offering many challenging jobs. We are in the midst of an exciting journey of change to better serve the grocery shoppers of the future—just as effectively and naturally in our physical stores as on Coop.se.
The ongoing transformation brings many challenges, but also opportunities. And you’re never alone. If there’s one thing we’re especially proud of, it’s our employees. By successfully recruiting many talented employees, we’re working together toward the future.
Coop is unique! It’s easy to think that all grocery stores are the same—the same products on the shelves, the same shopping carts, and the checkout at the exit. But Coop is different because we’re owned by our 4 million members. That’s what makes us unique. It also gives us an extra-large responsibility—but also extra-large opportunities.
Coop is one of Sweden’s largest employers, and we’re driven by the mission to give everyone access to good food. We’re on an exciting journey of change toward becoming a force for good in Sweden’s food industry. We aim to simplify everyday life and give everyone access to high-quality ingredients—something that’s good for the body, the mind, and our environment.
Coop has long been at the forefront, putting the importance of ecological thinking into practice. Our fish is certified, our chickens are free-range, and our own brand, Änglamark, has been named Sweden’s Greenest Brand—but our journey doesn’t end there.
Together with our employees, we work every day alongside our customers to remain the best in sustainable development, and now we’re investing even more in spreading the joy of food and fostering a greater love for high-quality ingredients.
Together, we can and will become the force for good in Sweden’s food industry!
