About the role
One of our employees is retiring and we are now looking for a successor. As an HR Partner with us, you will be a strategic partner supporting our managers and leading HR processes that contribute to the success of the business. Your day-to-day work will be varied, working both strategically and tackling operational challenges.
Among other things, you will:
- Provide close support to the organization's managers and work operationally on various types of HR-related issues.
- Developing and implementing HR processes and practices that support the overall goals of the organization.
- Work on skills provision to meet future needs.
- Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen managers' and employees' skills and promote learning.
What we are looking for

Qualifications and experience
You have a relevant education and several years of experience in HR work in similar roles, preferably within a larger organization. It is advantageous if you have experience from the grocery industry, have worked with collective agreements in the trade and experience of the systems Quinyx and Visma HR +. B-driving license is a requirement as the role will involve some travel within Norrbotten.
